- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Day Care Centre include enquiries, feedback and incidents.
- Formulate and review the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) regularly.
- Ensure there is compliance of the SOP/work processes and proper documentation required by the relevant authorities.
- Coordinate & collaborate with different services within the organisation to ensure smooth transition of patient care.
- Oversee clients' Individual Care Plan.
- Manage, develop, supervise a team of healthcare staff.
