Main scope of work:
Manage the teachers and support staffs in terms of their Professional Development, appraisals and their role to execute their responsibilities. Trainings will be provided.
Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies.
Going through the lesson plans with the teachers for the different levels to ensure that lesson plans are in accordance to our Standard to achieve our objectives in providing quality education for all children in our school. Curriculum will be provided and trainning will be provided.
Ensures that the physical environment of the school is conducive, clean and safe for all the children to learn.

Requirements:
- Must possess the Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in teaching or managing a childcare/preschool
- A team leader as well as a team player
- Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
