Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor situations to develop effective sales strategies.
- Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their needs.
- Regularly participate in industry trade shows and conferences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the sales team meets set sales goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably with a background in semiconductor, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food manufacturing, OR chemical industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and possess a strong team spirit.
