VIVIDTHREE PRODUCTIONS PTE LTD was born when a trio of like-minded and passionate individuals came together. Since its humble beginnings in 2004, the multi-award-winning studio has grown to become a leading player in the Singapore 3D Animation field, specialising in 3D Stereoscopic Animation and 3D Animation & VFX for Feature Films and TVCs.


Along the way, Vividthree worked on several well-received local feature films like “The Wedding Game”, starring Fann Wong & Christopher Lee and Kelvin Tong’s “The Kidnapper” just to name a few. Our clientele runs the gamut, from renowned big name advertising agencies, to those from the corporate and government sectors. The company always satisfies not only their needs, but also elevates their profiles and products to greater heights.

Never one to rest on its laurels, Vividthree has recently added a film production and content development arm, with a handful of glossy TVCs already under its belt and a hot batch of exciting animation carton series waiting to be rolled out.


Job Summary:


Vividthree is looking for an experienced a relationship-builder with a strong commercial mind-set and sense for virtual-reality (VR) technology to join our team. We are looking for A-players with drive to help us find and qualify the right clients. Candidates should have experience in the gaming and entertainment space in business development, preferably in the SEA/APAC region.

As a member of our revenue team, you will be an important representative of the company brand and a key part to drive Vividthree’s growth agenda.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior, external-facing ambassador for Vividthree products in the SEA/APAC market
  • Build out our presence for the entertainment space, including but not limited to building and growing a team and pipeline
  • Develop a solid pipeline of leads and potential clients who can benefit from company products
  • Present the company’s products and solutions to potential clients in a structured, convincing and professional manner
  • Use his/her network to arrange meetings with potential companies to prospect for new business
  • Negotiate terms for agreements and ensure closure of deals to reach sales targets.
  • Liaise extensively with new clients to ensure seamless onboarding, “go-live” dates and marketing launch activities
  • Consultative approach to customer requirements to effectively present solutions and build new business
  • Advise and educate clients on upcoming product developments and special promotions
  • Act as the conduit and escalation path for all cross-functional teams and engagement models
  • Provide regular sales updates to the leadership team
  • Provide guidance and training to new members of the team
  • Provide support a team of content experts working across different work streams
  • Improve the quality of the team’s work across multimodalities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related area of study, required
  • 10+ years’ experience in a business development role or similar role, required
  • Previous experience in a sales/business development role, preferably with experience in Gaming and Entertainment industry
  • Proven track record for developing sales pipelines
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must possess a strong work ethic
  • Eager and willing to overcome challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun environment
  • Ability to analyse trends to develop sustainable solutions for the growth of our clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong editing and proofing skills
