Job Description:
- Link between HR and retail boutiques
- Advise and support managers on HR issues
- Work closely with boutique management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- To visit and conduct meeting at a boutique at least once a week.
- Provide support in establishing all compliance policies and framework
- Provide support in Learning and Development
- Provide support in Performance Management System
- Assist in administering employee life cycle needs
- Provide support in other HR & Admin functions
- Any other matter as requested by the Manager
Requirement:
- Degree and above with 3 years relevant working experience acquired in HR Assistant
Additional information:
- Located near Aljunied
- Working hours: Office Hours from Monday – Friday, Office hours
- Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment, Up to $4200 (Depending on experience)
