Job Description:
- Provides administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions and processes, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of HR activities and maintain employee records.
- Assist in consolidating and maintaining HR files, records, and databases.
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to HR matters.
- Assist in the posting of job openings on various job boards and company websites.
- Assist TA in the logistics coordination for scheduled interviews.
- Assist in the logistics for on boarding process.
- Keying in and maintaining employee records in HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping and data privacy regulations.
- Maintenance and update of organization chart.
- Extracting and preparing HR data set required for C&B analysis.
- Keep track of staff movement in relation to HR activities.
- Assist in the logistics for organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR related events for employees.
- Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns.
- Perform various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- Nitec and above with 1-2 years relevant working experience acquired in HR Assistant
Additional information:
- Located near Aljunied
- Working hours: Office Hours from Monday – Friday, Office hours
- Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment, Up to $3200 (Depending on experience)
