Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR operations for the Singapore office and regional offices.
- Assist and supervise all recruitment, onboarding/off-boarding processes, including but not limited to new hire induction and orientation, exit clearance and exit interview for resignees etc.
- Manage employee records and systems effectively and assist the payroll administration to be carried out on time.
- Ensure adherence to performance management protocols, Identify and plan training needs with head of department and management.
- Serve as resource in handling employee issues and assist them in counseling employees, conducting evaluations, and problem solving.
- Participate in compensation and benefits initiatives to ensure that compensation and benefits practices are aligned to overall strategy for attraction and retention.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by head of department or management.
