Job Scope:
- Answer call & reply email
- Sourcing of suppliers based on purchase order requested from operation department
- Assess supplier's product quality & price before proceed in making decision for order placing.
- Perform filing & data administration into company's system.
- To work closely with suppliers and principal to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare L/C and handle import shipping documents.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Possess basic Microsoft Skills to handle administrative duty
- Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
- Minimum diploma in any field
