Roles / Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust quality systems to support the supplier quality engineering function.
- Train supplier quality engineers to effectively utilize quality data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system architectures.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design and maintain data pipelines and warehouses.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of systems, procedures, and data management practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze trends to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.
