Job Description & Requirements
· Responsible for project planning, scheduling & co-ordination
· Responsible for monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion of projects
· Responsible for liaising with clients and the team on project requirements
· Responsible for supervising all the construction on site
· Conduct site inspections and supervision to ensure works carry out comply with quality standards, drawings and project specification
· Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
· To perform QA/QC role on area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled on site.
· Prepare Progress report, project handover report and claim report
· Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
