We are the general contractor doing various works in building maintenance and small construction projects such as A&A works and plumbing works in landed houses.
We need capable site supervisor to handle project site and building maintenance works efficiently.
SCOPE OF WORK:
-Arrange daily work.
-supervise the work.
-Able read shop drawings and Execute work based on shop drawings.
-Attend site meetings.
-Co-ordination with client/owner/main-com.
-Communication with client.
CERTIFICATES:
- ITE or Diploma in mechanical/civil or Facility maintenance.
-Safety certificates is an added advantage.
