Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise procurement of raw materials, packaging, and office supplies to ensure seamless production.
- Establish and maintain an efficient purchasing system for streamlined operations.
- Cultivate relationships with dependable suppliers for sustainable partnerships.
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and agreements.
- Regularly assess company purchasing needs and implement inventory control measures.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet production demands.
- Manage warehouse inventory, including outdoor tasks such as material receiving and occasional forklift operation.
- Implement warehouse best practices for enhanced efficiency and organization.
- Prepare procurement-related budgets.
- Implement cost optimization measures.
- Provide administrative support for operational smoothness.
- Adhere to QESH-MS Work Procedures and SOP for quality management.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational attainment: NITEC, N-Level, O level, or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant industry.
- Valid forklift license.
- Familiarity with SAP system for advanced procurement.
