Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate preparation of company financial and management reports;
- Handle full set of accounts & reporting, including general ledgers, accounts payable, receivable and fixed assets;
- Ensure timely completion, review and reconciliation of AP/AR/GL/FA;
- Work closely with head office and counterparts in other overseas inter-companies
- To prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Handle year-end Audit and Taxation matters;
- Liaise with tax agents, internal and external auditors;
- Liaise with head office on Product Costing and Analysis;
- Coordinate and conduct year end and/or month end stock take;
- Oversee import and export shipping arrangement;
- Ensure internal controls and policies are complied with group internal policies, local regulations, taxes and audit requirements;
- Handle Company insurance matters;
- Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Working experience of handling full set of accounts up to reporting
- 5 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance preferably in a manufacturing environment;
- SAP and Costing experience / background desirable;
- Able to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
