Job Responsibility:
- Handling all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to customer complaints and other raising issue
- Handling general inquiries related to billing and other concerns from customers
Requirements:
- Qualification: Min SPM
- Able to liaise with both Mandarin and English speaking counterpart
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and possess swift typing skills
- Minimum 1 year related working experience
