Role Description
FTD Technical Solution Pte. Ltd. (“FTD”) is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join us as our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the overall growth and success of the organization. You play an important role in shaping the company’s vision, mission and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
· Develop and manage budget, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets.
· Develop and maintain a highly effective leadership team aligned with organizational goals.
· Assess and leverage emerging technologies to enhance company value propositions.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting company objectives and sustainability.
· Ensure legal, regulatory and ethical compliance throughout the company.
Qualifications
· A bachelor degree in business, finance or a related field is required
· Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in an e-commerce industry.
· Strong business acumen with a track record of driving organizational growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and understanding of market trends.
