Events Intern

  • Respond promptly to external event enquiries
  • Liaise with external vendors for event supplies
  • Assist in handling all event logistics to ensure smooth operations before and during the event
  • Follow up with customer surveys and ensure that invoices and payment are issued and received
  • On-Site Activation Execution & Facilitation
  • Pre-Event Preparation & Post-Event Archiving
  • Basic Administrative Management Duties
  • Assist in preparation of pitches and operation planning.
  • Generates & provides a weekly updates, prepare regular reportings and administrative, or as needed by management
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer/Management

Requirements

  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
