Work Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
- Conducting thorough study and comprehension of tender documents, specifications, and requirements for all inquiries.
- Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and quantity take-offs, as well as handling variation order costs.
- Ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of tender prices quoted.
- Conducting measurements and take-offs for ongoing projects, and issuing contractual letters and notices to clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by superiors or reporting heads as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
- Possessing an analytical and objective-driven personality.
- Capable of working efficiently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous involvement and experience in tendering and costing would be advantageous.
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent, with relevant working experience preferred (preferably in main contractor, high-rise/building work, not housing projects).
- Proficient in Mandarin
