Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle computer hardware and software incident and request
- Follows established guidelines for processing or escalating an incident and request
- Provides technical advice and support on the use of computer hardware and software
- Responsible for the installation of computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers and sanners on user's premises
- Investigate and research solutions for PC hardware and software problems
- Participate on Desk Side related project
- Adhere to attendance guidelines of the job and to departmental and company policies
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or works as and when requested & assigned by the Company
Minimum required experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in PC, hardware and software support
- Able to work in 24 X 7 shift rotation
- Experience in troubleshooting and managing Win10/11, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Active Directory, Mac OS, VDI client, VPN client, Smart phone iOS / Android, basic networking, POS, scanner, printer, and other attached peripherals.
- Ability to perform PC hardware and software trouble-shooting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools
- Experience in Incident and Request Management system
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and provide status updates on weekly/ monthly basis
