Job Requirements & Responsibility
- Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built using BIM modelling / Revit/ Autocad
- To assist Project Manager on coordination work, planning and monitoring site’s workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of i.e. project documentation, plans and reports etc
- Attend regular meetings, ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analysed and recording decisions, preparation of meeting minutes on project matters
- To ensure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress, effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the Client, Management and Project Team
- Supervise and monitor direct workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, control schedule
Qualification
- Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Construction industry working for Main Contractors
- Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and Revit BIM
