• Liaise with project team on material specification.
• Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment.
• Preparation and execution of purchase requisition.
• Arrange timely delivery of material.
• Manage material / inventory level at sites and ensure the target level is met but not overstock.
• Manage the Company’s material, assets and equipment / machinery rental at sites and ensure within budget.
• Perform cost analysis and generate reports.
• Meet subcontractors and suppliers onsite as necessary.
• Manage equipment and/or machinery rental.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Preferably at least 3 year of working experience in purchasing / procurement in Construction Industry.
• A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess good negotiation skills and good knowledge of construction costs and related rates.
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills
