Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring attendance records and partially on payroll
Handling foreign workers permit renewal and hostel maintenance
Handling maintenance of office supplies, equipment and building
Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier services and stock control
Provide administration support and employee welfare arrangement
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum SPM
Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart
Knowledge in computer literate
Minimum 1 year related working experience
