- Work closely with Heads of Department in resource planning and budgeting, as well as talent acquisition
- Support in developing HR solutions to improve employees’ performance and engagement
- Work closely with People Operations team and HR Shared Services teams to deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner
- Participate and support in HR-related and other ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HRBP, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of HR principles, including employment law and compliance requirements
- Resourceful, independent and possessing strong initiative
- Meticulous and with the ability to exercise a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
