Business Nature: Outsourced customer service
Working hours: 6 days a week (includes rotational shift and Night shift)
Salary: Up to RM2100
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, etc. (phone, email, live chat)
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements
- At least has SPM Qualification
- Comfortable using computers
