As part of our expansion plans to grow our art fund portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Client Servicing Director to join our team.
As the Sales/Client Servicing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by working closely with international clients, selling our tokenized museum-quality art pieces, and effectively managing existing client relationships. You will be instrumental in executing our sales strategies and contributing to the overall success of our art investment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target international clients interested in art investments.
Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
Understand clients' investment objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Provide exceptional client servicing and support throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to secure art investment commitments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
- Product Knowledge and Market Awareness: Stay informed about tokenized art market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
Educate clients on the benefits of investing in our tokenized museum-quality art pieces.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Client Reporting and Feedback: Prepare regular performance reports and updates for clients.
Gather client feedback and insights to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years or more of proven experience in sales, preferably in the art investment or financial services industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of tokenization, art investment, and financial markets is a plus.
