You will support the training and development programmes of the Nursing departments. You will assist with the planning, initiating and implementing of the programmes, and are expected to manage the training courses and monitor the statistics. You will also assist in the coordination and recruitment of the trainees and student nurses. In addition, you will help with handling patients’ enquiries and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’ administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A team player with strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
