Job Description:
- · Calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings in various geographies and time zones.
- · Book domestic and international travel, adhering to policies and guidelines.
- · Assist with meetings and technology set-up details.
- · Resolve routine day-to-day requests from internal departments.
- · Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- · Manage complex calendars and global scheduling for both internal and customer events
- · Manage international travel, including visa preparation
- · Manage expense report coordination and submissions
- · Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager
- · Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent education required
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
- Experience in travel bookings and calendar management is crucial
- Flexibility with work schedule based on business needs
- Meticulous with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Ability to work well in a pressured environment under tight deadlines
- Self-starter who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Willing to take on additional tasks to support others as needed
Additional information:
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Hybrid work arrangement
- 1 Year contract
