Job Description
· Prepare BIM Models in Structural Archi and MEP.
· Familiarity and knowledge is REVIT is required.
· Able to provide monthly BIM update and progress report.
· Responsible for the coordination and control of drawings and BIM documents.
· To conduct clash detections and produce clash detection reports.
· To lead in the BIM walkthroughs.
· Able to extract 2D drawings from 3D models
· Able to update the attributes in BIM.
· To conduct quality check of all drawings and BIM models.
· Knowledge in Aecosim/Microstation is an advantage.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural or Structural
· Min 2 years BIM experience
· Local experience preferred
· Good time management and proactive
· Good team player
