Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of PCs, Laptops and mobile phones.
Including SMD repairs such as re-balling, soldering, reflowing of I/Cs, transistors, capacitors and other components/chipsets on a Motherboard.
Resolve software issues using established SOPs.
Research new methods, both hardware and software to resolve common problems or troubleshooting common problems.
Ensure daily cleanliness of the technical department.
Ensure proper use of tools issued.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and gadgets.
Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new laptop and phone application.
Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by report manager and/or management.
Requirements
Customer oriented with good communication skills
Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of computers and notebooks. Replace harddisk, LED screen and motherboard.
