Job Description


  • Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company's overall operations
  • Responsible for running day-to-day operations at a business and guiding general business strategy
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
  • Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
  • Training low-level managers and staff
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
  • Review performance of staff and counsel/discipline when required
  • Work with Sales & Marketing Team on Branding & Marketing Strategic Planning
  • Work with Management Team on Business development Projects and Planning
  • Learn and assist on the company’s “capital mechanism” process
  • Provide and engage external resources (expertise) for professional services as and when required
  • In addition, you shall be responsible for discharging the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.


Requirement


  • Must have 3 years and above experience as a Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Pro-active in engaging with team members
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Leadership Skills preferred
