A Singapore law firm is inviting suitable candidates to join their Asset & Wealth Management services
Legal Secretary (Funds, Asset & Wealth Management)
Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and PA support to the asset & wealth management team
- Prepare and format legal documents such as bibles, prospectuses and agreements
- Monitor timelines for MAS filings
- Process billing, time sheets and expense claims
- Perfor rotational lunch time reception duty (1-2 times monthly)
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably supporting corporate, banking or finance services with law firms.
- Familiarity with track changes and formatting of legal documents
- Knowledge of KYC/AML checks
- Ability to produce the first draft of legal documents and e-lodgement to MAS
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera, CISNet
- Working hours: 8:45 am to 6 pm (5 days a week)
- Salary $3,800 to $4,500/month depending on experience and relevancy.
