Job Responsibilities:
- Upload, assess, and authorize debit notes/invoices within the CRM system to ensure precise billing, financial transactions, and effective resolution of customer claims.
- Evaluate and endorse debit notes and recharge approvals for worldwide support endeavors, coordinating with teams across various regions like Japan, Brazil, and others as needed.
- Compile and scrutinize weekly and monthly reports concerning customer claims, quality assurance, warranty expenses, and trends in product quality.
- Lead and engage in meetings focused on resolving claims and enhancing quality, fostering discussions on improvement initiatives.
- Participate in diverse meetings related to claims, quality management, and customer satisfaction, contributing insights and ensuring accurate documentation of meeting proceedings.
- Support in arranging and conducting fundamental training sessions for staff involved in customer support and claims handling.
- Record and manage customer claims, classifying them by severity and complexity. Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve claims promptly, maintaining consistent communication with customers.
- Provide assistance during customer visits, particularly in addressing issues related to claims, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout on-site interactions.
- Monitor the implementation of permanent solutions as outlined in corrective action request reports, aiming for ongoing enhancements in product quality and customer contentment.
- Assess, authorize, and upload all Laser Data Measurements for both new and pre-owned machines, ensuring precision and timeliness in preparation for shipments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated background in customer support, claims management, or quality assurance within manufacturing or technical sectors, specifically with CNC machinery.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with both clients and internal teams.
- Analytical orientation coupled with meticulous attention to detail, proficient in recognizing patterns, analyzing data, and implementing corrective measures.
- Outstanding communication and presentation proficiencies, capable of articulating intricate technical concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Capability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction and continual enhancement.
- Robust problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, committed to delivering tailored, high-quality training solutions pertinent to machinery manufacturing requirements.
- Preferable familiarity with machining techniques, CNC technologies, and machine tool operations.
