Job Responsibility:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculation, benefits administration, and tax deductions
- Handle employees’ enquiries on welfare, and benefits related topics
- Maintain the accuracy of HR database in Success Factors system
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 4 years work experience in full spectrum of HR functions
- Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart
