Job Title: Senior Reservations Agent
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring all guest requests are carried out, all realistic expectations are met, and reservations are honoured.
- Be fully aware at all times of the sales strategy, rates, packages and booking status of the hotel.
- Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities/services and hours of operation.
- Ensure all issues relating to guest satisfaction that are raised to the reservations team are reported, monitored, and followed up on a timely basis.
- Offer alternative dates, waitlists or sister hotels to guests on overbooking situations.
- Provide efficient and effective customer service to local tour operators and travel agencies.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 5-star or Luxury Hotel or Resort.
- Basic knowledge in using OPMS and all related systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- 5-day work week including weekend(s)
