Main Objective and Purpose
Job Scope:
- Build and maintain (existing) solution
- Embrace and implement business strategy according to Domain orientations
- Ensure process consistency
- Ensure convergence between sites
- CO-create with the business
- Manage the division budget operationally
- Organize and manage squads and chapters within the division
- Define and Propose architecture and solution choices
- Propose Roadmap
- Ensure delivery according to business expectations, define budgets and planning
- Manage backlogs, identify operational risks and mitigation actions
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Domain Head , CIO office , Product Oweners and Business representatives
- Maintain the WMIS applications cartography and obsolescence remediation plan
- Ensure application conformity with WMIS Governance (Archi, security, obsolescence, continuity, budget, software engi)
