Job Responsibilities:
- Handling procurement
- Handling logistics and preparation of related documents
- Responsible for overall accounting management, including daily accounting data entries
- Make payments, prepare and complete payment vouchers and necessary records
- Prepare payroll related work and handle HR administrative matters
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 2 years related working experience
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart
