Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, cheque and card payment
- Issue cheque returns to patients
- Handle Medisave e-filing and Insurance claims for patients
- Keying in of invoices and payment reconciliation
- Assist in accounts book-keeping
- Participate in corporate events
- Assist Director in secretarial work
- Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Entry level candidates will be considered
- some accounts experience or medical clinic will be a valuable asset but is not necessary
- Hardworking, meticulous with numbers and able to work independently
- Some experience in handling Accounts receivables/General Ledger/Others would be a bonus but is not absolutely necessary
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Other information :5.5 days work week
- Monday - Friday : 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am - 13:00 pm
- Salary will be appropriately awarded at different levels according to work experience
- Working location: Novena

Our clinic has 15 staff members consisting of staff nurses, optometrists and admin staff. It is a cosy and intimate environment for all staff where as a team we serve to deliver quality service to our patients.
