Job Description
· Document Management: Create, organize, update, and maintain documents, both in physical and electronic formats.
· Document Tracking: Track the lifecycle of documents, including creation, revision, distribution, and archiving. Record issues and track location of control documents and drawings.
· Document Review: Coordinate document review processes, ensuring that documents are reviewed and approved by the appropriate individuals or departments.
· Version Control: Ensure current versions are maintained of all documents subject to revision and ensure current versions of documents are issued to required project parties
· Document Retrieval: Retrieve documents as needed, ensuring quick and accurate access for authorized personnel.
· Documentation Standards: Ensure documents adhere to established formatting, naming conventions, and quality standards. Ensure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with project document formats and requirements.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of document activities, such as revisions, approvals, and distribution.
· Compliance and Auditing: Support compliance with relevant regulations and participate in document-related audits as required.
· Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among teams or departments by providing access to relevant documents and ensuring proper document sharing and distribution.
· Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF Editor).
· Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Requirements
· GCE' O' Level / Diploma
· Minimum 3 Years Experience in Administrative work
· Motivated, responsible with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
· Willing to work at Construction Site.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
