Working days: 5 days' work week
Working hours: Rotating shifts
Salary: Up to $3000, shift allowances provided, 13th month bonus

- 12 months contract (renewable/convertible)
- Past experience in call centre environment
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing feedback and enquiries via phone and email
- Generating feedback reports
- Working closely with various stakeholders in coordination of customers’ requests
- Handling administrative tasks
