We are looking for a driven, talented Account Executive to help us sell our SaaS-based anti-money laundering
solutions, which empower organisations to fight financial crime! We are building cutting-edge solutions that
help create a safer world and stop money from ending up in the hands of criminals. You will join the
commercial team, where you will prospect to build a quality pipeline.
The Role
As an Account Executive joining the commercial team, you will
- Generate new opportunities from targeted outbound activity, networking and referrals
- Engage with senior decision makers, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close deals
- Effectively manage pipeline, prioritise the right deals and create urgency
- Feedback valuable market and product intelligence to our Product and Strategy teams
- Contribute towards on-boarding and training of the lead generation and junior sales team, through best practice sharing and coaching
Skills and Experience
As an Account Executive you will
- Have a proven track record in generating new business within a corporate B2B sales environment focusing on solution / value based selling to extract maximum value
- Thrive in an autonomous environment where you can find, manage and close high-value deals
- Be a keen executor of a standardised sales process, ideally leveraging a known methodology e.g. MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger
- Possess a strong team spirit and enjoy working effectively in collaboration with others, including coaching more junior team members
- Be an excellent communication with strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to close business
- Be someone who is willing to try new things to get the best results; thinks quickly and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
- Candidates with experience within the compliance or regulatory space, or other cloud/SaaS solutions for the financial services industry would be of particular interest
