Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production of in-house publication and corporate collateral
- Handle members’ and public feedback and media queries
- Update and maintain contents on the website
- Support key stakeholders in the delivery of corporate communications initiatives
- Ability to write creative proposals to secure partnerships
- Drive brand awareness and adoption through development and implementation of brand campaigns
- Manage, identify and drive adoption of the social media platforms
- Source for and write success stories to further strengthen company brand
- Coordinate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Assist with the planning & execution of public relations initiatives & events
- Draft press materials, speeches, feature articles, letters and announcements
- Prepare and manage annual report
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Communications and/or Public Relations
- IT Savvy, in-tune with digital economy and familiar with managing digital public relations platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills.
- Experience in events management
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Strong local media contacts
- Creative, resourceful, organised and meticulous
- Good computer and Internet skills
