As part of BOSCH’s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a technical competent Service Systems Engineer to join our team in Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service and support for CCTV and Card Access security systems, ensuring operational reliability and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with security systems, leveraging a solid understanding of both practical and theoretical principles.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and services to anticipate and prevent system failures, ensuring continuous protection.
- Responsible for the backup of camera images and maintaining the integrity of security systems to prevent any compromise.
- Anticipate potential delays in service response times and make necessary arrangements to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Effectively prioritize daily tasks and support duties to ensure timely completion and high levels of service.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
