Singapore law firm is inviting suitable applicant to join their Real Estate Department.
Leasing Assistant (junior/upto S$2,800/month)
Responsibilities
Provides secretarial and admin support to a team of lawyers
Assisting in landlord (shopping malls) and tenant matters, lease administration work
File management includes file opening, printing and filing of correspondences, rendering bills
and monitoring payment.
Typing and amending of legal documents and correspondences.
Conduct research, ACRA & lawnet searches and filing
Management of work schedules and timeline
Requirement
Prior leasing work for landlord/tenant experience with law firm
Knowledge in conveyancing work in sales & purchase, mortgages, refinancing is an advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ACRA, Lawnet searches
Good command of written and spoken English
On job training provided for legal personnel with keen interest to learn
5 days work week
