Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle from advertising, shortlisting, interviewing to onboarding / offboarding process, including preparation of contracts, letters, new hire orientation, course registration and grant submission.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, and L&D on hiring, training and reports.
- Compute and submit weekly hiring and uniform inventory report.
- Ensure recruitment and selection process is in compliance with the Employment Act and other labour legislations.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team and effectively managing multiple priorities.
