- Source and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to determine procurement needs and specifications.
- Manage and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
