Responsibilities:
- Handle full range of accounting responsibilities, including overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
- Meet closing datelines and accurate recording of revenue
- Analyses accounts transactions and provide accurate, timely GST reports for IRAS filing
- Ensure all accounts receivable & payable reconciliations and proper accounting records are maintained
- Follow up with related parties on outstanding matters.
- Assist in billing to customers and inter-companies
- Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agent and auditors
- Any other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar service role
- Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Excel is required
- Familiar with Quickbooks / Synergix would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
