Job Description & Requirements
- Maintain and grow lubricant business (sales, margins) through direct or distributor accounts for new/ assigned markets or territories
- Establishing and implementing sales strategies and plans for achieving revenue goals.
- Responsible for identifying potential business partners and penetration of new markets.
- Review, recommend and ensure that pricing is aligned with revenue management strategies.
- Preparation and delivery of appropriate presentations regarding products and services.
- Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company requirements.
- Work collaboratively across integrated team to achieve business results while improving brand experience with customers and distributors
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Marketing / Business Management
- At least 5 years of experience in business development (Lubricant/Petrochemical/manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
