Responsibilities:
Administration Management
- Supervision All -round Administration arrangement
- Handling Company insurance including (building, liabilities and Medical)
- Monitor outsource vendor providing standard service
- IT computer use IN/OUT holding updated information. Receive inquiry from colleagues and assist vendor to solve the problem Manage updated server space and conditions
- Collaborate HR staff complete every year of ISO audit
- Report to Group HR on working schedule
HR role
- Employee onboarding arrangement
- Recruitment (mainly in recruitment channel and screening candidate)
- Arrange interview appointment
- Staff training implementation
- Preparing update Malaysia regulations and new policy set up Handling issue all of MEMO, letter and employee report
- Arrange Employee annual review and probation review
Requirements:
- Experience with Human Resources Management Systems
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
- Demonstrable leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
