Resposibilities:
- Direct the accounting and finance function of the business unit to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of operating results.
- Manage, coordinate, and review work done by AP and AR shared service functions to ensure completeness.
- Responsible for month-end closing for multiple entities.
- To ensure that month-end Trial Balance, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheet can be produced through the timely and accurate coordination of all inputs.
- Knowledge of group consolidation accounts is a plus.
- Support business partners in addressing their queries and needs.
- Liaison with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Ensure the timely submission of all ECI and tax filings.
- Other ad-hoc project work as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or degree holder (major in Accountancy or Finance) and with 2-3 years of experience, preferably with experience in audit, handling consolidation, and being in reviewer roles.
- Familiar with Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards, with strong accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A good team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
