Responsible for general administration of welfare transport and treatment subsidy in Service Development is well-maintained and carried out smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities
Welfare transport management & treatment subsidy management
- Management of transport welfare and vendor management
- Transport capacity utilization, monitoring and management
- Management of fee updates and changes
- Submission of FFRs and welfare requests, and interim transport management
- Prepare and update monthly statistics and progress report, department meetings.
- Prepare and reconcile transport welfare statistics for management reporting.
- Incident report management (transport welfare) and updates
- Timely and accurate submission of FFRs
- Checking and reconcile of data for mass upload
Administration
- To ensure means-testing results between systems are aligned to reflect accurately in billing.
- To identify and timely reconcile any mismatch records i.e. change in DC, subsidy change, adjustment in co-payments etc in separate systems.
- To maintain dashboard and closely monitor fee increase cases.
- To prepare monthly progress report, divisional meetings and minutes taking.
- To manage phone calls/ letters/ emails from patients and/or families on appeal related matters, e.g. taxi misuse cases, fee appeal, requests etc.
- To work closely with internal departments and external partners on programs related matters
- To generate reports from different systems to assist with internal and external audit checks.
- To facilitate the reconciliation of work and propose process changes necessary to maintain accountability and efficiency
Qualification
- Degree or equivalent in administration will be preferred
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in administration
Soft Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Excel – master formulas, v lookup,
- pivot tables, analyse data etc
- Independent, self-motivated and a team player
- Positive mind set with a can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
