JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing BIM VDC tracking list for technical issues , site issues , technical meeting.
- Highligh the project issues in early construction stage to PM, APM ,Coordinators & Consultants and solving the issues on meeting .
- Working closely with project teams & subcontractor to be full coordinations .
- Making sure to project teams & subcontractors to follow up the Technical changes , design changes.
- Preparing BIM Presentation to Clients & Consultants.
- Monitor BIM Coordination Meeting with MEP BIM modellers, M&E coordinators etc.
- Monitor and update the model as per site condition changes.
- Checking the quality of BIM Model standard .
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in BIM Modeling work.
- Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools.
